Abstract

This study delves into the concept of intersubjectivity within the realm of sports environments, exploring how artistic design and architectural construction influence the psychological interactions among athletes and spectators. It emphasizes the critical role of the client or user—whether athletes, team managers, or fans—in shaping and experiencing the art and design of sports facilities. From an intersubjective perspective, the paper highlights the expansive and interactive effects of user engagement on the overall design process, emphasizing how these interactions contribute to the development and realization of design concepts. Central to this analysis is the user experience, which is positioned as a fundamental value driving the principles of interactive communication design in sports settings. The goal is to enhance the quality of sports environments, providing users with more effective, satisfying, and innovative forms of interaction. Through a comprehensive review of design strategies, this paper proposes methods to optimize user experience in sports facilities, aiming to enhance the psychological well-being and engagement of all participants involved.
